It was very clean and well located by the canal and good transport links. The beds were lovely and very comfortable.
The description on Booking.com dies not match the facilities. There are six bedrooms but only 3 mugs, 3 dinner plates, 4 forks, no coffee machine. There was only 3 of us so we were ok but be aware if your party is larger. There were no toiletries and we had to nip to the nearby Asda to purchase shampoo, shower gel etc.
In the kitchen there is a picnic type table and only 4 very low stools to sit at which was a problem for comfort when eating.
