Not the same how it was shown in pictures.

Location

Room was not the same what is in booking.com picutres. Someone smoked weed in other room, so all the house smell. Room was dirty, uncomfortable. Only one towel for two people.

Not the best!

Room itself was comfortable enough. Late check in was facilitated with no issues

Not a big reviewer but I feel like I had to say it. Location is dodgy. No towels or toiletries initially but was provided once asked. Communication from the owner was prompt re towels etc but after that, it was a bit spotty. (I wanted an iron but found it in the hall way anyway so all G in the end) Walls are super thin, people renting the other rooms aren’t considerate to say the least. This place attracts the wrong type of crowd. Had to knock on the neighbours upstairs at 2am to ease up with a certain rhythmic noise and the on and off screaming like a cat was being stifled. Not my scene. Certainly wouldn’t come with friends or family.

Cheap but not that cheerful

The tele was massive. The bed was fine.

They obviously hadn’t hoovered as there was a screw on the floor and other bits of stuff on the carpet. There was a small cable tie in the bed. The loo was not that clean. The grey office carpet was depressing

Clean, but far too basic !!

Nice and clean. Helpful polite young staff

No bed sheet under the quilt. No kettle, tea, coffee or sugar etc. No clothes hanger. Not even hooks on doors even in bathroom. Had to put clothes on floor 😥

The staff were amazing

When in the bathroom there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I couldn’t work out why . There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room but a kettle was kindly supplied. There is no sockets near the bed so phone had to charge away cross the room.

Clean value for money room with excellent city location.

Excellent location behind Alhambra in centre of Bradford. Parking off road when reserved. The host was very attentive and eager to assist. Although there were other occupants and kitchen was shared all was clean and cared for.

Good Room Size. Great Value for Money. Excellent Location. Helpful Host.

A great central location and off-street parking provided. Communications were good and at check-in we were greeted by a friendly, smiley and helpful young lady. The room was freshly and brightly decorated, a good size, with a decent bed and sofa ideal for two. Towels were provided and when asked for a couple of larger bath towels these were soon delivered. The host gave us a call once checked in to see if everything was ok. All in all, a pleasant stay and great value for money.

Central Bradford has an unfortunate 'boom box speeding car' culture which does mean you need to keep your eyes peeled at all times; it was unfortunate that we saw and heard this a few times during our stay upon arrival and in the middle of the night. Not something the property owner can stop alone, but hopefully the community can support a change to make the area a little safer, less noisy and more appealing to visitors. It's a shame given the financial risk and hard work invested in starting, running and sustaining a property rental (or any other) business and I wish the owners every success in the future.

A well positioned place to stay in Bradford

The huge bonus of this place is its situation, right in the middle of Bradford, with a great curry house at the end of the road and theatres and museums very close by. The onsite parking was really useful. Communication with the manager was excellent - he was so helpful. The room is simple but clean and comfortable.

It would benefit from a kettle and some cups in the room.

Emplacement correcte, chambre propre et salle bain et toilettes privatives, correcte dans l'ensemble.

Chambre numéro 2 nous a été attribuée mais aucun numéro sur la porte, on a dû ouvrir une porte au hasard en espérant que ce soit notre chambre et qu’on ne retrouve pas quelqu'un dans le lit... Des personnes pas très respectueuses nous ont réveillés respectivement à 4h du matin, 6h du matin et 7h du matin LES DEUX JOURS en hurlant des injures, en démontant les portes, en claquant les pieds dans les couloirs et en courant, en criant. Petit bonus : matelas pas confortable, ressort pointu dans le dos et impression de se faire avaler par le matelas tellement il est mou.
