A decent flat, let down by entry.

Self contained flat with decent facilities. Kitchenette decently stocked with cooking equipment. Conveniently located a short walk from the train stations, shopping centre and restaurants.

The stairway/hallway up the flat is awful. An overwhelming smell of damp/mould/smoke which seeps into the flat itself, I had to open all the windows and leave the flat for an hour or so to air it out. I did inform the host of the smell. TV didn't work. Doesn't have an aerial. The bathroom is fine but the toilet is very badly placed with no room between the edge of the toilet and the sink.

The stay overall was reasonable, could make do with what was available to us as we were there for just a night

Clearly the property wasn’t cleaned properly beforehand as there was a cigarette bud found which didn’t belong to me as I don’t smoke, but resulted in losing my security deposits despite going back and forth querying it with the host. Cleanliness was taken lightly and as a result I had to take the hit for it, it was clearly disguised well in the property which was really upsetting

Did the job..

Close to required location. Decent price. Good communication from host. Properly was warm and clean.

No black out blind/curtain so struggled to sleep with the light nights. Very central location and sadly this meant the environment was noisy. My partner is over 6ft and did not fit in the bathroom facilities. Not much space for preparing food. No cupboard space for storage of food items. Unable to use the TV / would not connect to internet. No close by parking options despite suggestions. Outside is pedestrianised and road closures also meant no parking options. No dining table / space to eat food unless on lap on sofa. Multiple flights of stairs without lift option. Apartment smelled of tobacco smoke upon arrival so we ensured to notify the host.

While the apartment was nice and centrally located, the host’s poor communication, delays in returning the deposit, and

paid a £70 deposit that was supposed to be refundable within 7 days, but I ended up waiting for 3 weeks. During that time, the host apologized for the delay and assured me the transfer was coming, but another week passed. After an entire day with no response to my messages, I finally had to report the issue to Booking.com. Only then did I receive my deposit the next day. Be cautious: the link sent by the host for payment did not work correctly, so I was asked to transfer the deposit directly to the host’s personal account. Additionally, I waited over 2 hours to access the apartment as I had not received check-in instructions. The delays and difficulties with both the deposit and getting access to the apartment were extremely frustrating. Overall, the apartment itself is very nice and close to the city center, but unfortunately, the communication and these issues with the host were disappointing.

Pretty good place to stay.

Great location. Well equipped flat. Handy for Bradford Interchange station. Reasonable price. Comfy bed. Generous size.

When sitting on the loo your knees are pressed against the basin unit. We couldn't make the TV work; every programme was 'unavailable, please retry later.' The entrance area smells mouldy. When using the kettle you tend to bang your head on the extractor hood. These are all minor criticisms - we would certainly stay here again.

There wasn't nothing to not like. If you are staying with young children then be aware that the blinds aren't blackout, and hang away from the window so there is a gap...and quite a few stairs to get up if you have a pram.

The host is one of the best around and always try his best to accommodate your request. The àpartment was really clean and kept in excellent condition the bed and settee are really comfortable plus you got a fridge freezer in and all pots and pans at your disposal and is in a excellent position for all the shops and local attractions

Beautiful Bradford

Easy to find with clear, concise instructions to gain entry. Well supplied with everything one could require for a city break, in a nice clean area. Bradford is one of the nicest cities I have been and the people were friendly and helpful.

Exceptional host, fantastic facilities

The exceptional host made sure everything was in hand before we arrived, but went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This bright, spacious apartment was perfect for our needs, centrally located with shops and parking 1 minute away. The apartment had coffee and tea, great movies at the touch of a button and a powerful hot shower, not to mention good wifi. We got so.comfortable, we didn't want to leave! Quite simply, the best experience we have had in such a long time, made possible be a very caring host. Outstanding! Can't wait to return!
