Very clean but it’s really cold and get some one to explain the heater to u as that was my issues for not knowing how to operate it and got the extra heater from cupboard which was used against me saying l brought it from home when l saw it there just cos he wanted my deposit.its ok am fine
U deposit and don’t get back in full but try to collect it all for reasons not my fault……plugged a heater l saw in the room but it had a problem and could not come out of socket spoke to the cleaners about it and the owner turned around and said l brought the heater and took 110 from my money and gave me 90pounds sorry l stayed extra hour which he deducted 20pounds agreed on that but try get a place else where cos ur deposits wont be given back

Self check in, kitchen, washing machine, ease of heating control and clear instructions in welcome packet.
Electricity needed top up during my stay so was cut off but a phone call to their provided emergency contact quickly resolved the issue. Just check the balance on the meter in the kitchen and you’ll be fine.
