The management of the property was brilliant, all the pre-arrival information was really simple and helpful and check-in was very easy. The apartment was well situated and facilities were good. The building itself felt very safe and the staff were very good with communication, with rapid replies over WhatsApp.
One of the beds in our apartment was quite uncomfortable and loud when someone moved, and the shower gel had not been filled up but rather watered down, so we had to go and buy some more.

Loved it here, I stay in Halifax often visiting family. And it’s one of those places that feel like a home away from home really.
Perfect mix of space to put your stuff and also enough decor/interior to make it feel welcoming. As an adult with Autism I have navigated my own requirements for comfort and it is unusual that hotels or other places can offer that but here, it was very easy transition and the cleanliness was greatly appreciated.
I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend!

It appeared fairly clean and tidy and the bedroom was nicely lovely with nice high ceilings. The bed was spread nicely too.
The toilet seat was presented to us broken on the first day we went in. Even though we reported it no one came to fix it. The heating only stayed on for short whiles then clicked out again. The water when heated would ran out quickly after one shower was taken. When boosted the water took too long to be heated up again. Sometimes we had to wait overnight.
Although the cups in the cupboard appeared clean one of them was very dirty with red stains inside. Underneath the couch was a bad section of stained carpet
