The surrounding area not very appealing, skips and rubbish (not property’s fault) but don’t let that put you off. Fabulous place!

Lots of space and proximity to Piece Hall

Unfortunately the heating just did not seem to work & x1 plug in heater didn’t suffice Beds (“doubles”) were two single bases and mattresses put together The towel switching rail tripped the circuit Car parking didn’t seem very secure

Great location in town centre, close to all shops and amenities.

If you have top floor flat the stairs are demanding especially with luggage

It appeared fairly clean and tidy and the bedroom was nicely lovely with nice high ceilings. The bed was spread nicely too.

The toilet seat was presented to us broken on the first day we went in. Even though we reported it no one came to fix it. The heating only stayed on for short whiles then clicked out again. The water when heated would ran out quickly after one shower was taken. When boosted the water took too long to be heated up again. Sometimes we had to wait overnight. Although the cups in the cupboard appeared clean one of them was very dirty with red stains inside. Underneath the couch was a bad section of stained carpet
