Entire 1 Bedroom Flat Near Bradford Centre and Shipley

It was a pretty good sized apartment, free parking was a bonus, the kitchen was well equipped and clean, bathroom was well looked after, it was quiet at night.

The area is rather rough, the block of apartments is a bit rough, the bed mattress is a little uncomfortable.

Modern, updated apartment with most equipment and utensils provided. Host was very welcoming, giving clear and precise information on location, how to access the complex and apartment.

Lack of live TV, although streaming services are available. Additionally utensils, such as frying pan and cheese grater would have been nice, but lack of these did not impact our stay. Externally and I know this is out of the hosts control, anybody could access the main building without access code as exit doors were not locked, many exit doors left ajar, communal areas good do with a clean, left waste build up/ smell and noise from individual meeting/revving their cars.

Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Enjoyed my stay and slept well.

Nothing everything was perfect.

The flat was modern and clean and simply decorated.

The bedroom and shower unit were a bit small. I stubbed my toe on the wall radiator a few times when getting out of bed and the enclosed shower unit had nowhere to put your shower gel/shampoo etc. The main thing that has led to the low score was the standard and location of the apartment complex. The community bins which were located just under the window of the living room were overflowing and in the heat beginning to smell and attract flies. All the other bins on the complex were also full to the brim and so hadn't been emptied for weeks. The location was OK if you wanted to drive everywhere but there were no shops or eateries within walking distance and I never saw a bus pass the entrance to the complex. The flat was on the 1st floor and there was no lift so if you had a disability or carrying a lot of luggage it would be very difficult. The view out of the window was overlooking a concrete wasteland.
