The area is very peaceful and hopeful, lots of great community work and friendly people. Turn off the news and see the hope we all need to be better kinder people.
Sharing bathroom, it was clean, but as person living alone, was a bit worried about sharing...

Irene was very friendly, and I was satisfied with being able to have my own space. Everything was as advertised and to a good standard, and I definitely felt settled within the property quickly.
I would've liked more warning about the owner's dog, but she was an absolute lovely dog regardless.

The location was great - within walking distance of Saltaire and the Leeds - Liverpool canal, and surrounded by greenery. Decent bus links to Bradford from the main road too. Irene made me feel welcome and encouraged me to make full use of her kitchen, living room and bathroom.
No complaints, I enjoyed my stay. It wasn't clear from the advert on booking.com that both bedrooms are the same - one is a loft room and one is on the first floor. There is a friendly dog at the property.

Quiet location with walks from the door. Very convenient for the venue I was attending.
Would be useful to have a mirror in the room.
I wasn’t anticipating quite so many stairs.
