We walked in and it was absolutely disgusting. Had not been cleaned and bottles of whiskey and vodka were left laying around. We immediately left and refused to stay there, the host didn't even give us our money back. It was that disgusting I opted to take the hit of £350 rather than stay there. Avoid at all costs!

Property owner needs to go private and not contact other businesses sustaining for ID

Property owner called and sounded like a taxi driver, then asked me to send my driving licence via WhatsApp, I contacted booking.com and they said not to send any personal information without them being the intermediary. I would not stay here for free for the hassle it caused and some alarm bells as to the strange direct request for my ID, surely booking.com must verify as they processed my payment.

Owner thinks he is a legal secretary asking for personal ID, i work in banking and understand the ramifications of such actions.

Would stay again

Had the necessary essentials, clean and easy. I brought my own firestick and macbook as I wanted to watch the game and it worked out great. Mylahore is very near and a great takeaway I’d suggest. Very near to everything within Bradford, so location is good. Easy check-in and friendly staff.

The only thing is that the fridge isn’t working, which would be better if you want to keep food or drinks fresh for the morning. That’s my only issue.

Complete hovel, can’t believe booking.com advertised this property

Everything, it has to be the most filthiest shocking property I have even been to. Broken furnishings, Not even the same photos as shown. Dirty kitchen and utensils. Bed looked like it was not made and had black hair in it. I had to book another property as this was pure filth.

Appalling Experience

Location was good. Staff were friendly.

The bedding was not clean. The walls are stained and look dirty. Door handles and light switches look dirty. There are rats in the apartment. There was construction work or renovations going on into the night up to 22:00 hrs with loud drilling and knocking. There were loud fireworks every night in the neibourhood.

Absolutely nothing

absolutely filthy, area was terrible you couldn’t walk round safely at night and after booking specifically off road, private parking- was called and told to move van (filled with tools) onto main road on a very dodgy area of bradford. It became apparently very quickly that this property was being run as a crack den/ brothel with cars full of men watching the front entrance and all sorts of people turning up every half hour up until 3am.

Absolutely disgusting place and utter disregard to guests and hygiene

Absolutely nothing I contacted the property when I was 2hrs away from Bradford and was told I will need to go to another postcode last minute to collect the key for my apartment and when I got to that postcode I was told the place I originally booked is closed because check in time was over but on the booking.com app It clearly states check in if from lunchtime 12pm to 11:30pm just before midnight I arrived to collect the key from reception at 10pm so I was well within my check in time period instead I was told a lie and was forced to have to accept the keys for a horrible room with no kitchen or anything buts bed small tv and a shower room absolutely dreadful the place looked like a brothel and was next to a block of flats I travelled 4.5hrs to get to Bradford and in the end was greeted with absolute rubbish not once did they message me before hand to say sorry or anything I would advise anyone and everyone to stay from marina appartments what they give you when you show up is not what they advertise on booking.com absolutely disgusting the room was dirty the walls were dirty and the place didn’t smell nice I slept in the car for the first night and was on the phone to booking.com for hrs on end absolutely appalling treatment ruined my holiday they wife is soo angry and disappointed I will be taking this further and also putting it all over the media because this level of disregard and negligence is not on🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

First of all the property was not what I asked for and not what I was looking forward to either the property I booked was shown different on booking.com and when I got to the address it was a grotty council estate with tower blocks and the property I was expected to sleep in looked like a brothel I was lied to and made to feel uncomfortable the staff member kept passing me the key in which I then had to accept the key from him just so that I could walk away from the place the place was absolutely filthy with dirty walls ledges floor etc etc

Fire tray, carbon monoxide poisoning and dirty

We were not able to check in on time as they were still clean and were saying the wrong check-in time. The worrying thing was there is no carbon monoxide tester and no smoke alarm in the kitchen. The door the apartment wasn’t a fire door and there was no way of holding the windows open, we very nearly slept in our car. We were ment to stay 2 night but left after 1 as we didn’t feel safe !!!! Then when we got in dirty washing in the washing machine, toothbrush and body wash bottle in bathroom,also the shower wasn’t working properly. I cleaned everything in the kitchen before using and there wasn’t enough equipment and tableware for two people! The whole place didn’t feel clean !

where do i start the host was rude patronising i had to ring two different numbers and be racially profiled just to get the keys the main door locks broken the lock to my apartment broken couldn’t be locked the place stank in a star is disrepair bed sheets stained holes cracks diry walls i’ll be complaining to bookin.com that is not fit for human consumption dnt rent this place

Very inconvenient and had to book another hotel same day.

Hi . Upon arrival at the location the staff member was very polite but had no room for us he then made me goto another location in bd3 and this was a box room with no warm water also no curtains direct sunlight into the room and also plenty of drug users nearby. Very disappointed I left after an hour requested a full refund. Still not heard from the manger who had promised a refund back.

A very bad experience book at your own risk

I can't review this apartment as I booked it but couldn't use it as it was occupied as owner did promise to sort out refund but no he hasn't so I'm ended up writing the reviews beware I would advise not to book its like a cheap tacky place not recommended to anyone as they need to sort out alot of problems regarding from booking to staying for the customer

A very bad experience

Didn't like anything from start to finish I would advise never never book these as in pics they look great but when u get there its looks like its under construction damaged etc bath towels are small like hand towels Will never book them again plus paid for 3 apartments and only got 2 appointments single and double the owner has not given any refund has declined and lied stating I bought 16 guest in reality my guest were 4 adults and 4 children and a baby so I don't have a clue where they got 16 from the mattress are so thin on bed can damage your back. They shouldn't be on booking. Com I wish I could have taken pictures but in all the hurry Ness I simply forgot There were webs , spiders 🕷 also I would never recommend them at all

No hot water. Moved rooms supposedly to an upgrade because of a problem with original room. Shower cold throughout stay although promised hot water. Then informed hot water was only from 4.00 p.m.

The hall way smell for bad smokes, the room will be nicer if there is a dressing mirror in there.
