ok location, but no bars near

This was a no smoking cottage but the previous occupants must have been smoking as you could smell it.

My son and mine's favourite stay in Bradford so far. Host is fantastic. And provided snacks, soft drinks and bread,

The property has everything you need for a self catering stay. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven and washer dryer. All of which I used and are in full working order. The internet worked really well throughout our stay and with my son having his PlayStation and us streaming on a Firestick that's always very important. The TV is a good size too. The shower is great and very large with great water pressure and warm water was always bang on. The property is very easy to access with room for your car and is very close to the city and has a lovely park within walking distance along with a local cornershop which has a great stock if you need anything last minute.

It's a very small dislike but the seating could be improved.

Very nice little place for an overnight work stop - and close to shops/restaurants for food etc.

Very comfortable and well kitted-out - including everything I needed to cook the food I brought with me.

Wasn't really an issue as I was awake anyway - but just after midnight there was some loud noise from people returning to the place opposite that shares the same driveway. It only lasted a couple of minutes, and to be fair it was a Friday night, but just mentioning as it specifically promotes it being "quiet and tranquil". Apart from that though it was indeed very quiet.

Compact but comfortable in a great area of Bradford

This tiny bungalow is compact but had everything we required for our stay. The welcome pack- especially the milk was very handy. The location is excellent, in a quiet area of Bradford near a lovely park, with plenty of restaurants in the facility. We went to a fantastic restaurant just around the corner (Bison Steakhouse) and there were many options for breakfast. I would recommend this for a short stay. The host was accommodating.

Another Lovely Stay

This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The cottage is lovely, peaceful, and has everything you need. The new carpets and fan light are a nice touch, and the host is always helpful and welcoming. It’s in a quiet location with easy parking, which makes it even better. We look forward to booking again—we really love it here!

The host provided snacks and drinks which was a nice touch.

Honest appraisal..Unfortunately my wife thought the sheets had not been laundered and she slept on one of the recliner chairs. I slept on top of the bed as my wife had put me off getting under the sheets🫥 about 2am the cottage next door had occupants that were very noisy; coming and going, talking on the phone on the doorstep in loud voice. No thought for other people. We originally booked for two nights but left after the first night. We are pensioners and life's too short! To be fair with the host, when told about the noisy neighbours he said he was telling them to vacate the property. We had already decided to move on elsewhere so abandoned our second night. I think the host is trying his best and perhaps circumstances beyond his control were responsible? It's a shame because the host appeared helpful and accommodating in other respects.

Self catering. Milk, refreshments, fruit and snacks. Nice unsuited bathroom. Comfy bed. Large TV with lots of channels. Good communication from the host. Free parking.

Electronic virtual key was a challenge. Space a bit tight in the bedroom.

Great host. Everything was great. Fantastic location, home from home clean and cosy. The snacks and drinks a great touch. Will definitely come back. Saw a review about the noisy road we had no issues very quiet location don’t hesitate to book.

Nice property let down by being dirty.

Good location for our visit and the facilities inside were good. The property was nicely set up with a great shower.

The only thing we didn’t like was the cleanliness. There was half eaten food left in both the fridge and freezer and in one of the cupboards. There was piece of chewing gum stuck to the bedroom wall by the mirror and there were loads of old cobwebs in the kitchen. Also appeared to be old bedding from a previous visit left in a pillowcase by the washing machine. Such a shame because the property could have been very good.
