The location is dreamlike, right on the lakeshore, and the view from the balcony—both at sunrise and sunset—is absolutely spectacular. The atmosphere is perfectly peaceful, and the apartment is impeccably clean, modern, and very well maintained. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. The room is equipped with everything you need: a safe, mini fridge, spacious wardrobes with hangers, an iron and ironing board, umbrellas, towels, and both shower gel and shampoo. We also greatly appreciated the attention to detail: a coffee machine with a selection of capsules, milk, sugar, and tea. A special charm is added by the swans, ducks, and their ducklings, which often come right in front of the property and can be admired from the balcony, turning every morning and evening into a magical experience. Ms. Theresia welcomed us warmly and kindly allowed us an early check-in around 12:00, and upon departure we were able to leave our luggage for as long as we needed. Everything exceeded our expectations and we truly felt at home. We will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this property!😊👌👏

Excellent Value, Excellent Location, and an Immaculately Maintained Stay (9.5/10) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at MAVIJOLU Lakeside Suites and would happily rate it 9.5/10. What We Liked Location: The apartment is superbly located on the lakeside promenade (Seestraße 148), towards the quieter southern end of Hallstatt. The uninterrupted views across Lake Hallstatt are breathtaking, especially the sunrise over the surrounding mountains in June. Despite being just a pleasant stroll from the village centre, the location offers peace and tranquillity away from the busiest tourist areas. Accommodation and Management: Located on the second floor of the owners’ residence, with the hosts living on the ground floor, the property is exceptionally well managed. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment. Check-in was seamless, instructions were clear, security was excellent, and the apartment was spotless and meticulously maintained throughout. Host: Communication was outstanding. The host responded promptly to every query and was friendly, welcoming, and helpful before and during our stay. Apartment: The apartment is spacious, bright, and tastefully furnished. Both bedrooms overlook the lake, with the master bedroom featuring a private balcony—an ideal place to enjoy the stunning scenery. The bedrooms include comfortable queen-size beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, and mirrors. The second bedroom is slightly smaller but equally comfortable. The separate bathroom and toilet were modern, exceptionally clean, and well stocked with towels, toilet paper, hand wash, shampoo, and body wash. The large kitchen and dining area, also overlooking the lake, quickly became our favourite part of the apartment. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, glasses, and cutlery. Coffee and sugar were thoughtfully provided for our three-night stay.

Suggestions for Improvement There were very few negatives, but a couple of small additions would make an already excellent property even better: ● A retractable clothesline in the bathroom would be useful for drying hand-washed clothes. ● A washing machine and drying facility in the kitchen, alongside the existing dishwasher, would be a valuable addition for guests staying longer.
