We were misled about this apartment

Don’t get me wrong the property is nice and comfy, the problem is that it’s not the property it was advertised and we thought we were booking.

There is two apartments I think and we thought we were booking the one upstairs, with the beautiful view and it’s own private terrace to end up in the bottom apartment which doesn’t have this views. The thing is it automatically loses that value for money, we would never book this property for 260eur a night - absolutely not worth it - the view and the terrace is what made it worth it for us.

Place was nice inside but view was nothing sort of acceptable for the higher price

The room waa clean and all the necessities were available.

The pictures provided are for all the available apartments and there is no specific mention of which picture is for which apartment. I was disappointed with the view from the unit I was hosted in. The view was really not great as the front houses blocks 90 percent of the view. The host should have clearly mentioned it. So the high price is definitely not worth it.

Don't trust the photos, only some are of the actual unit

Convenient location

Listing was misleading to the point of being fraudulent. The title photo of the balcony with the hat is simply not this unit. There was no balcony and the lake view was blocked by a building. We left a day early.

Great character property in the middle of the town.

Great location. Cosy feel and quaint styling. Underfloor heating in the bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and very clean. Nespresso coffee machine and selection of tea bags.

Great stay. Beautiful place!

This place is quaint and so comfortable. A very unique property off of the Main Street just enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. I was surprise at how many tourists there were! I haven’t been there in 30 years. Still beautiful but crowded. Wonderful home overall!!! Loved it!

Paradise Nest

Stunning apartment / house with amazing views and feel. Lots of character and age to the property which we loved. Lots of stairs and steps and low door beams as you would expect with property of this age. The bed mattresses had sunk a bit in the master bedroom at the front and could do with replacing as was not the most comfortable. Would def stay here again if we revisited Hallstatt and recommend.

Great location and the convenience of having an apartment rather than a small hotel room

The location was exceptional. We were in the middle of Hallstatt and could retreat to our apartment away from the throngs of tourists. The shuttle services was easy to use and quick. We were able to access our property early which allowed us to maximize our time in Hallstatt

Comfortable cozy beautiful apartment, convenient location, close to ferry and local shops. Strong wifi reception and TV streaming.

Deceitful advertising as I paid a premium price for a room with terrace and a lake view but had neither, unlike what was suggested in description and photos. Access codes issues. Noisy equipment. Cold bathroom especially after a shower. Didn’t meet any hosts. €70 additional cleaning fee

I messaged the host she did not respond. There were bugs on the walls and the bed. The pic also showed a terrace, there is no terrace and the view is totally blocked by another apt. We just slept and left early in the morning. The residents in this town really don’t care for tourists, pretty apparent in their interaction with tourists.

A wonderful and comfortable stay during which we enjoyed spectacular views of Hallstätter See.

This beautiful and cozy Austrian-style house was situated in the center of Hallstatt and had amazing views of the lake from all of the rooms. The house was big and spacious, and was the perfect spot for our family to spend the winter vacation!

Cozy and clean.

The flat was spotless, warm and central! Close enough from the fairy to cary our bags to the apartment.

From the fotos it seemed that al the rooms had a view of the lake, but the apartment that we got did not have a view. I would suggest that the host should post each flat separately so that you know exactly what you get when making the booking. I feel that it is misleading.

The lake view is good and the historic building is very beautiful. The host tried her best to make it cozy. The bed is comfortable.

We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, which is a 2 floor apartment. There is only one bathroom, shared by 3 rooms. There are stairs inside the bathroom and long stair inside the apartment. It is not easy for those not having good knees. Spider nets are everywhere in the apartment. It is noisy when walking around the apartment as it is old.
