The location is perfect, from the station is just €6+ taxi, and a big shopping mall opposite the property with a commercial transport Stop , nice location 👍🏽

Struttura fatiscente e vecchia. Situata a 45 min a piedi dal centro (non detto nella descrizione) su una strada a grande scorrimento, tra due rotatorie, quindi rumore del traffico tutta la notte. Riscaldamento non funzionante (solo un condizionatore in sala, non sufficiente per tutte le stanze). La vista sulla città ve la lascio nelle foto…

Appartamento privo di riscaldamento se non per un semplice climatizzatore che non riesce a scaldare neanche il salotto onde perciò mi sono dovuto attrezzare con una stufetta elettrica. Gli Asciugamani erano presenti ma alcuni inutilizzabili in quanto puzzavano di muffa

La Struttura esternamente vista da fuori sembrava bella il problema è quando si accede all’ingresso e poi si entra nell’ appartamento sporco maleodorante letti vecchi con servizi sporchi pessima casa ho dovuto andar via dopo 5 minuti e prenotare altrove

Esattamente quello che serviva a me per viaggio di lavoro con famiglia al seguito.

Posizionato esattamente dove faceva comodo a me per lavoro, ma anche vicino al centro, a portata di passeggiata o di autobus (proprio davanti).

In generale va più che bene per quello che serve a me. Volendo proprio dare un suggerimento, si potrebbe rinnovare un po' la facility (pavimentazione, finestre a taglio di rumore...). Ma anche se rimane esattamente così, va benissimo: fa parte del carattere dell'immobile.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, proprietari disponibili

La struttura è centrale, facilmente reperibile, difronte ha un centro commerciale ed i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili per la consegna delle chiavi.

La struttura è abbastanza datata, il bagno soprattutto. Abbiamo trovato il pavimento impolverato, un po’ in tutto l’appartamento

La estancia todo bien solo mejorar un poco la limpieza

Necesitábamos llegar más tarde de la hora del check in que era a las 22:00 pm pero el propietario nos dejo hacer el Check in más tarde.
