Proprietario disponibile e simpatico. La casa che si trova leggermente sotto il livello di terra, era tenuta bene, pulita e senza umido. Validi i letti. Soggiorno/ cucina con televisore. Ottimo il riscaldamento. Amplia doccia. Possibilità di lasciare la macchina nel giardino condominiale.

Gute Schlafgelegenheit, Nahe Parma

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr gross, sowie das Wohnzimmer und das Badezimmer hat auch eine angenehme Grösse. Die Better waren angenehm gross. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Das Appartment war sauber und man hat einen Parkplatz gleich neben dem Apartment.

Das Apartment ist im Keller und deshalb ein wenig düster. Das Apartment war für uns zu wenig geheizt, deshalb hatten wir nachts kalt.

Proprietario gentilissimo e accogliente, struttura pulitissima e calda, ottima per andare in centro per i pochi minuti che ci si mette in macchina. Cucina attrezzata nel caso uno volesse rimanere a casa. Da ritornare!

Migliorerei sicuramente la veduta esterna della camera da letto. Migliorerei qualcosa dell'arredamento, per esempio il divano un po rovinato ma dettagli che si possono anche trascurare nell'insieme
