Chambre très propre et très jolie.
Bon accueil de Francesco qui a répondu à nos questions et restait joignable.
Facile d’accès.
Attention lors de votre réservation, certaines chambres ont une salle de bains commune...

I've only looked for a budget-friendly place for a stopover and didn't expect much, but this accommodation was so wonderful and stunning, so that I would love to come back for a longer stay. Everything is high quality, spacious and sustainable. It's very quiet, conveniently located and the bed is super comfortable. Also, the host welcomed us in person, although we arrived after 9 pm and he brought us an extra blanket bc it was a bit cold.
It really made my day that after our long journey when we arrived at the apartment, there was cupper tea (my favourite) and water for us in the room :)

Struttura in zona residenziale, periferia di Parma vicino a uscita autostrada. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in strada nelle vicinanze.
Staff molto cordiale e gentile.
La camera fa parte di un appartamento in villetta a schiera molto ben tenuto e arredato. Io avevo camera con bagno esterno condiviso, ma ognuno ha il suo tappetino e asciugamani da tenere in camera. Tutto molto bene pulito.
Camera ampia, con angolo cottura, tavolino, frigorifero, piccola piastra, forno e macchinetta del caffè con cialde.
Splitter e riscaldamento. Letto ampio, comodo. Presenza di comodini e prese di corrente/USB vicino al letto.
C'è anche una piccola cabina armadio, molto comoda.
Wifi veloce.
La nappa della doccia grande è un po' danneggiata, l'acqua esce male.
Ma c'è il doccino e la vasca, quindi poco male.
