Was a little nervous because the property did not have that many reviews even though all were 5 star. The property lived up to all those reviews. Location in old town where you need to walk with your luggage but was not that far to the cross street. The restaurant next door was the best one we ate at during our stay. Right close to the Gondola provided great access to the gardens.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-presented, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment I arrived. Arrangements for entry were straightforward and clearly communicated, making check-in quick and hassle-free. Throughout my stay, the host was highly responsive and helpful, ensuring any questions or requests were dealt with promptly and professionally.
There was a strong drain smell during the first two days, which unfortunately started to return towards the end of the stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and addressed the issue promptly when I first reported it, which I really appreciated — but it did begin to reoccur before I left. Access was limited due to ongoing refurbishment works, sound of drilling started at 8am on some days. Room extremely dark, limited natural light.
