Atlantic Studios #01

Perfecte locatie - je kunt niet centraler zitten in Funchal, en toch is het appartement zelf heel rustig. We hebben één avond wat muziek gehoord van de bar beneden, maar verder totaal geen geluidoverlast, terwijl je middenin het oude centrum zit. De studio is ruim, schoon en uitstekend verzorgd. De hosts hebben veel oog voor detail wat ervoor zorgt dat je je helemaal welkom voelt. Alle faciliteiten zijn top. De hosts zijn goed bereikbaar en zeer behulpzaam. We hebben echt een fantastische tijd gehad; we kunnen Atlantic Studios van harte aanbevelen!

De slaapbank was niet zo comfortabel voor onze dochter. Een topmatras zou hierbij nog kunnen helpen, denken we.

Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wenn man Fragen oder Extrawünsche hat, werden auch diese erfüllt (ich brauchte zb eine Nadel und Faden, um etwas anzunähen oder auch Strandhandtücher)

Leider war die Lage der Wohnung für uns etwas anstrengend. Die Strasse ist sehr laut, es kommen permament Essensgerüche und Lärm aus den vielen Restaurants hoch. Hinten raus ist einen kleine Terrasse, aber die Nahchbarn schütten absichtlich ihr Spülwasser auf die terrasse und klappern extra laut nachts mit Geschirr. Ich kann die NAchbarn aber voll verstehen, ich wäre auch extrem genervt, wenn dauernd Touristen unter meinem Küchenfenster chillen würden.

The location was excellent. In the heart of Funchal. The facilities in the apartment itself were excellent with a coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven, utensils, washing machine, clothes horse, air con etc. The hosts really thought of everything to make the stay amazing. The host was very responsive to messages. Very reasonably priced for such a central apartment with all amenities provided.

Only 1 thing for improvement - a light duvet would make the bed a lot comfier.

the appartment was very complete: everything was there that you need to live normally, cook a meal, do a laundry etc. It's nicely furnished to make you feel at home. The location is very central.

It's very dark in there, you need artificial light almost all the time. the pub downstairs has quite loud music on (thankfully it was good) so you'd have to listen to that. the apartment was splattered with christmas kitsch, which is nice when you're into that kinda stuff but not so nice if you're not. the wifi code was on the fridge, which is not where one would expect it so it took some time to find, which was annoying
