De locatie was helemaal top. Midden in het gezellige centrum van Funchal en toch een rustig appartement. De douche was uitstekend en het appartement was ruim. Ook het zwembad op het dak was heel goed met mooi uitzicht. Alles was aanwezig in het appartement (inclusief wasmachine, droger, koffiezetapparaat enz.).
Wij misten wel een goed balkon. Er was een heel klein smal balkon maar je kijkt alleen tegen muren omdat het in een steegje is en op de 1e etage. De gordijnen en het bediening van de lampen in het appartement zijn waardeloos. De knoppen werken niet of slecht en deel van de gordijnen konden niet open. Gezien de prijs van het appartement moet dit beter, vandaar dat de beoordeling niet hoger is dan een 7.
