Location excellent. Close to shops, restaurants, markets, buses and short walk to sea front. Stayed in 2 bedroom top floor flat, quiet and peaceful despite being on a street. Limited light due to the roof velux windows but has a little balcony where you can sit and could just see the sea. Everything worked so well in it, efficient air con, lovely shower. Getting a healthy breakfast from the cafe next door worked well, and delivered to the door on Sunday. Communication with owner was very efficient. Owner was lovely and was so helpful when we had to stay longer due to flight cancellations.

Nothing really, would only say the furniture in the lounge was a little tired, and marked.

Great location. Easy to find. Apartment was clean. Would definitely stay again.

The ordering of breakfast could have been better. Had to order daily by 4pm, Sundays breakfast by Friday by 4pm. Would be beneficial to state this in the apartment detail on booking.com. Not a major issue however, I placed orders using the number given but they didn't get my texts.

Clean room in central location on the main street of funchal. Looks like the photos. No reception on site but the messaging with host beforehand was fast and receptive. There is a lift in the building which is useful as there are about 14 rooms across a few floors. Healthy breakfast included at shop next door.

While there was an air con unit there was no instructions on how to operate it, so we couldn't use it during our stay. It is also on a main street which had construction works happening overnight, so recommend earplugs.
