The location
The derelict building on one side and the extensive and incredibly noisy building works right on the other side of the apartment, separated by only a thin glass partition. Building work took place for 6 days out of 7 and lasted between 8am and 5pm. Each morning we had breakfast on the balcony accompanied by builders. Not a relaxing place to be.

Right at the middle of downtown Funchal, close to all amenities. Clean and nice decore
It advertises a Terrance and this is something you do not get…the terrace is on the 5th floor only and you do not get access to it unless you rent the unit on the 5th floor

Location cleanliness quiet
Blinds not working. Shower would not drain Shower door not working Bathroom floor flooded. Told have view of town. View was construction. Bed a little hard
