The host was excellent and location central nestled in the old town of Funchal

I thought I had booked quinta but the apartment was a pleasant surprise

Veryclean and spacious apartment, great location, very responsive staff

The ensuite bathroom needs some attention, and the sliding doors in main bedroom didn't slide properly but these were minor issues and we had a fantastic stay

Apartament położony w centrum starego miasta ,do oceanu 2 minuty drogi , blisko sklepy piekarnia , bary i restauracje. Apartament bardzo duzy, dwie sypialnie , salon , kuchnia , dwie łazienki, w jedej prysznic ,a w drugiej wanna W kuchni naczynia , garnki , zmywarka ,pralka , ekspres do.kawy , lodowka , suszarka na pranie , wszystko.co.potrzeba

Niestety, pomimo zapewnień właściciela w łazienkach nie było ani szamponu ani żelu pod prysznic. Było mydło w płynie ale chyba troche rozwodnione. Małym minusem był brak np. solniczki , herbaty itp , przy pobycie na 4-5 dni , nikt nie bedzie kupował kg soli, cukru czy butelki oleju..Ale najwiekszą niedogodnoscią był brak mozliwosci zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu Wymeldowanie było do godz.11 a lot mieliśmy o 19 , dwie duże walizki.i dwie małe byly problemem na cały dzień Wprawdzie poinformowano.nas , gdzie jest publiczna przechowalnia bagazy ale była ona daleko.od apartamentu

- Great location: Very convenient area, a lot of bars and restaurants around, but not too loud - Comfortable beds: enough for a decent night’s sleep. - Food options: you get local food options in the area like the cafeteria on ground floor - Light sunny apartment

- Inflexible check-in: You must arrive at a specific time just to get the keys. - Complicated paperwork: Extra online forms plus a €250 payment through an external partner. - Stressful process: Our payment didn’t go through, no one answered the phone, and a few hours until they reply on WhatsApp. We waited in the car for a long time, genuinely thinking it was a scam. - Poor organization: When they finally replied, we rushed over, only to find the apartment still uncleaned at 4:30 pm. We had to wait again, and most of the day was basically lost. - Bad service: One of the two toilets was broken and leaking. We reported it but never heard back, and had to shut off the water ourselves and share one toilet. - Cost: it is still an ok deal overall, but was the most expensive among the 3 apartments and definitely not the best
