Exellent location close enough to everything but a few minutes away from the busy part of the city. Two bathrooms were great, very well equiped kitchen and very comfy beds. Fatima was really great, we forgot our son's toy and she mailed it to us the same day.

Good location, decent space and facilities. Host was very welcoming
The apartment is semi-basement and has 100% humidity (and yes, I understand Madeira is humid but it was more comfortable outside) There is a constant smell of mold because of this and if you leave windows open then the bugs come in because there are no bug nets. I think a small upgrade of aircon which could help dehumidify or even a simple dehumidifier and bug nets would much improve the accommodation.
