In the heart of the old town and very close to Funchal city centre. Very clean and comfy apartment. I would reserve this again.

Le silence est total dans l'appartement alors que nous sommes dans une rue extrêmement fréquentée. Nous sommes près de tout. Le front de mer est à une centaine de mètres, ainsi que le départ du téléphérique. Le parking est très proche également et de propriétaire mais à disposition une carte d'abonnement pour éviter trop de frais. Les équipements sont tout à fait corrects, et globalement le séjour était agréable
Il faut impérativement changer le lit dans la chambre car les lattes en bois se désolidarisent en permanence quand on se retourne, elles ne sont pas solidaires du bâti du sommier. Le matelas à ressort est très fatigué. Résultat, j'ai eu très mal au dos pendant une semaine et c'est dommage car tout le reste était parfait. Compte tenu de la réactivité du loueur, je suis persuadé qu'il va remédier à cela très rapidement.
