Apartamento espaçoso, com comodos bem distribuídos. Mobília boa. Tudo funcionando. Varanda frontal com a rua principal. Estacionamento na "porta". O primeiro ponto turístico fica muito perto, o teleférico. Numa caminhada de 5 minutos e você está já no "coração" de Funchal. E, ainda, disponibilizou um local para deixarmos nossas bagagens após o checkout até a hora de irmos para o aeroporto.
Nào tenho nada em particular de que não tenha gostado.

Joao è stato gentilissimo e ci ha aiutate molto! La casa era bellissima, pulitissima, ben fornita, ottima posizione centralissima. Tutto perfetto!

Convenient location, plenty of space, calm, quiet, safe, comfortable. Mostly clean, at least as far as I'm concerned, but I'm not as picky as some people.
The shower ran out of hot water, leaked onto the floor.
There was no way to make proper coffee of any kind. I had to go out and buy a filter and rig up a system.
It was sometimes a little cool in the night time and there didn't seem to be any extra blankets.
None of these things were awful, they just reduced our enjoyment a little. But the price and the value were good.

Idéalement placé et spacieux. Jolie vue depuis les balcons. Parfait pour visiter Funchal à pieds.
Appartement pas suffisamment équipé pour accueillir une famille : à notre arrivée il n'y avait ni bols, ni mugs, ni poêle, ni passoire, ni saladier, ni plat à four, ni machine à café, ni micro-onde... Aucun minimum pour faire de la cuisine simple : pas de sel, poivre, huile... Le propriétaire a été réactif suite à notre demande en achetant les équipements basiques qu'il nous a apportés le lendemain mais cela reste encore juste pour accueillir une famille.
