FLH Viola Market Flats with Terrace

Great location, clean, good amount of space and it was nice to have washer/dryer.

Sofa bed. Did not realize we had to request sofa bed specifically and there were no sheets available. They did offer to make up the bed the next day, nut as I was there r with my daughter, we just slept in the bed. The sofa bed mattress was very thin.

Apartamenty są położone nad barami dlatego jeśli zależy ci na ciszy należy mieć na uwadze że wieczorami jest głośno. Zwłaszcza w studiach położonych bezpośrednio nad ogródkami restauracyjnymi. Mieszkaliśmy w apartamencie na 3. Piętrze gdzie było całkiem ok ale ostatnie 2 noce mieszkaliśmy na piętrze 1 z oknem na restancje i tego wyboru nie polecam

Flats are perfect - contemporary design, equipped with everything we could possibly need, except an ice cube tray ! Super Bosch appliances. Ideal location in the Old Town and short walk to the Sea Front

There was one massive noise problem which means we will not use these flats again. It is outside the control of the owners FeelslikeHome which is why we couldn't mark the accommodation down. Being in the City Centre there is some urban noise as one would expect and it adds to the experience of staying in the flats. However outside the flats is a public courtyard where people congregate at the 100 Montaditos fast food chain because we were told the beer is cheapest there. It is quite noisy until the place closes at midnight, but that's when the real problem starts. A large group start a party. They bring a very loud sound system and cool boxes full of beer. Apart from the deafening music there was much shouting and screaming which went on until 3:30am. Our bedroom was at the back of the building and even with the doors shut we were unable to sleep for the noise. This happened consecutively for the first 4 nights of our stay Thursday-Sunday. We bought earplugs which didn't help and started to suffer from sleep deprivation which began to ruin our holiday. I spoke to the Concierge on Monday. They were aware of the problem but said nothing could be done as it was a public space. I suggested complaining to the Police as there was supposed to be a quiet period between 11pm-7am. The Concierge said the Police would do nothing and didn't comment on whether they'd been contacted. I can't believe this would be tolerated say in the grounds outside the up market Santa Maria hotel further up the road. Fortunately the noise subsided Monday-Thursday but the partying returned on the Friday before we left for home. Such a shame because otherwise we would not hesitate to stay at these flats again or give them a 100% recommendation
