The communication and availability of Studio 118 before and throughout our stay was exceptional. The studio apartment was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. The apartment is centrally situated with easy access to Funchal centre and cable car to Monte. Being in the old part in Rua Santa Maria made our visit extra special . Amazing value for money and highly recommended for a stay in Funchal.

Bel appartement avec son plafond haut qui fait un beau volume, quelques touches de décoration, un grand lit bien confortable, un coin cuisine bien équipé, une bonne douche dans la salle de bain. Et tout cela très central pour découvrir Funchal à Pied.
L'aspect bruyant tous les soir de la semaine quand le restaurant range les tables, chaises, .... et très bruyant le samedi très tard dans la nuit. L'absence de ventilation dans la salle de bain qui reste très humide.

Stunning apartment and layout, clean with perfected to little detail. Great female touch to the property, everything thought through! I loved the high ceiling, coffee maker, dishwashing facilities, modern and clean bathroom, with soap, hairdryer and relatively comfortable bed as for travels! TV with multinational channels to suit everyone. Communicative host, family business, locked in key.
It’s located ON THE MAIN street of old town Funchal! As much as this location is a spot on, it’s also loud. Restaurants underneath it cleaning at the end of the day and then loud people walking passed specially on weekend. However I have visited during Carnival so hopefully not as bad on other weekends of the year.
