Flat with Balcony at Downtown by Farmers Market

Lokacija je blizu dogajanja, lahko dostopna, ponoči mirna, balkon v naravni senci dreves, ni potrebe po klimatski napravi. V stanovanju je vse potrebno za življenje in dovolj prostora za 3 ljudi. Okolica je varna in ne preobljudena. Bivanje je bilo lahkotno in prijetno. V to namestitev se z veseljem še vrnem.

Za izboljšanje prvega vtisa je stanovanje potrebno malenkostne obnove: na primer obnove tuš kabine, mestoma zarjavele ograje balkona, mestoma zarjavele balkonske mizice, a se po kakšnem dnevu tega navadite. V času najinega bivanja je bilo stanovanje čisto in prijetno. S popravkom naštetega bi bilo bivanje 10/10.

Friendly host and quick handover of keys. The big advantage was the location, I assume this is the main selling point and could rectify the rather high price.

I was expecting a proper kitchen or kitchenette where cooking would be feasible, but the equipment was extremely limited - the kitchen only had two hot plates. The kitchen cabinets were in poor condition and felt like they might fall apart when opened, in addition, they did not close. The apartment and bed may be acceptable for one person and a short stay, but it would be very cramped and impractical for two people, let alone a family staying for several days. The walls are extremely thin, and at night it is easy to hear neighbors moving around, even when they go to the bathroom. Additionally, the toilet flush was not working properly, which was a major inconvenience. Cleanliness was also an issue, as there were visible hairs from previous guests on the floor, which is simply unacceptable. Another downside was that there is a restaurant on the ground floor, and cigarette smoke frequently drifted onto the balcony, making it quite unpleasant to sit or eat outside. The entrance door on the first floor did not open reliably due to a faulty key lock, so getting inside often depended on luck.
