Location was the biggest plus of all. What’s local in the village and 10 minutes to Sherwood Pines. Friendliness of the owners. Enough of everything for 15 people to stay.
The photos made the garden look big but it was tiny. And wasn’t overly suitable for young children due to how many rooms there were and how high up the garden was.

There wasn’t anything not to like. We are so lucky to have this location 45 mins drive away. We stayed in the cottage for my husband’s 60th birthday with our children and grandchildren. The annex was a huge bonus for my youngest daughter’s family with a toddler and baby. 10/10
So lovely to escape to a little gem in a beautiful area.
The comfort in the cottage was warm, the beds lovely, thick towels, beautiful toiletries, abundance of kitchenware. And a very thoughtful welcome gift was a huge bottle of Prosecco . We will definitely return.
