The place is large It's in a quiet cul de sac It has numerous toilets

The place was not particularly clean. The place is not kept particularly well. It has been furnished with cheap, uncomfortable furniture. There is black mould in the 1st floor bathroom. The carpets were stained The gardens are a disgrace and unusable. The windows hadn't been washed for a long time. The freezer was unusable
