We liked everything it’s a complete hoot
We didn’t dislike anything really, it’s well run with great facilities and they are very chill, it’s not rules rules rules. We liked it a lot.

The property was lovely, unfortunately it wasn’t anything like the pictures of what I thought I was booking but was still nice.
The shower wasn’t very powerful and the water kept getting hot then cold took a long time to shower and wash hair. Bed was uncomfortable but that’s personal preference.

Lovely chalet in the forest, basic, clean, peaceful. Hot tub on veranda was wonderful.
Swimming pool is in need of revamp.

Basic but adequate
Couldn’t gain access as lock was broke..out of hours number going straight to answer machine..had to ask other holiday makers to find staff to help..thankfully they managed to find maintenance guys.. Two hours stuck outside..maintenance guy then changed the lock which was great but he also stated that someone should have answered the out of hours phone and then tasked the job to him.. No apology or follow up from management the following day..not good customer service.. TV also didn’t work..
