Great place to stay in Grado
We enjoyed our stay a lot. The property was on a ground floor of the building. Very close to the old town, promenade, supermarket. The beach is 7-10 minutes walking distance away. We didn’t notice any smell of mold as was stated in some reviews. None of us had allergy although two of us usually struggle with it. We were provided with the baby travel bed upon request.
One side of bed had a very soft mattress. No soap and one roll of toilet paper was provided - you might want to bring things with you.

Great location but very basic furnishings. Not comfortable. Had to pay €78 for bed linens and towels.

Very basic. Minimal comfort. Paid extra for linens and needed to make up beds on arrival. Bucket and mop were left inside front door. Late check-in 4pm and early check out - 10am.

Die Raumaufteilung ist super, Klima super. Sauberkeit top!
Wenig Ausstattung in der Küche, teilweise Schimmel. Vor allem hat es stark nach Schimmel gerochen.

Jederzeit wieder!
Lage mitten im Zentrum! Es waren wirklich nur 50 Meter zum nächsten Café und Pizzeria, sehr sauber und neu ausgestattetes Haus - man fühlt sich wie ein Einheimischer wenn man morgens die Fenster öffnet. Promenade nur 20 Schritte entfernt
Für uns war es kein Problem aber der Strand ist doch etwas entfernt - was mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht nicht so gut passt
