Overpriced, dirty, broken appartment! Needs a total renovation. Office does not help’
View and location is perfect!
The appartment needs a total renovation! The windows are not closing properly, you can hear the street all night long. The bed is broken, the matrass with a hole in the middle. Electricity broken in two lamps. The fridge and washing machine was constantly leaking. The appartment was not clean, after paying 90 euros for cleaning, we had to ask them to come and clean. All the kitchen utensils we had to wash. There was mold in the shower! The office opens at 9.30, when leaving to a longer trip you can only go at 10.00am! How much do you refund? This is an overpriced apoartment!

Excellent position. Great view, walking distance to the sea, old town and restaurants and bars.
We weren't warned in advance that not all the costs can be paid with credit card. Parking was difficult. Guests could be warned about the difference in bedsheet standards.

Break in Grado
It was modern and recently refurbished. It had everything you might need. I would only recommend for 2 people.There is a lift and it is secure. Very central to the old town and a short walk to the beaches.
Nothing really.It could get very hot in the summer as it is in the this.The original booking was in the Rivierre but because of double booking we were in the Tomasin.Bookings.com and local agent very efficient in sorting it all out at no extra cost.
