Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, minden a közelben (óváros, éttermek, közért, shoppingolás, strand... stb...). A lakás kényelmes, komfortos, tágas, teljesen felszerelt, minden megtalálható, ami egy átlagos háztartásban szükséges. Szép tágas terasz a sétáló utca felett, oldalról látható még a tenger is.

Az fantasztikus, hogy van teremgarázs, mivel a környéken nagyon nehéz parkolni, de nagy autóval nagyon szűk a parkolóhely és a kijárat.
