Heizung mehrmals ausgefallen, daher auch einen Tag kein Warmwasser für die Dusche.

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, Frühstücks- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut, alles zu fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar, Restaurants im Überfluss.
Das Maisonettenzimmer für Erwachsene eher nicht zu empfehlen.

4 schöne Tage im zauberhaften Grado
Ausgezeichnete Lage - vieles ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt; die Anfahrt mit dem PKW war (Navi) unproblematisch, ein Parkplatz in 5min Gehdistanz wurde vermittelt. Für uns war die Raumaufteilung sehr praktisch - zum Bad/WC muss man nachts nicht über das Wohnzimmer - wer dort schläft, muss also nicht gestört werden. Die Couch war zum Schlafen ok, aber mäßig bequem, wie vermutlich alle ausziehbaren Couches. Habe mich nach 1 Nacht daran gewöhnt. Schlafzimmer großzügig und schön eingerichtet. Kochgelegenheit kann ich nicht bewerten - wir haben nicht gekocht. Badezimmer war zweckmäßig (WC, Bidet, Dusche, Waschtisch, Waschmaschine), keine Beanstandungen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und fanden das Appartement sehr ordentlich, sauber, praktisch, das Ambiente und vor allem den sehr netten Balkon zur Via Marina ansprechend. Wir waren mit unserer Auswahl mehr als zufrieden.
Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Sollte jemand empfindlich sein, könnten ihn die Lokale in der Umgebung stören, wenn abends in den Gastgärten Betrieb ist. Es sind ausschließlich gehobene Restaurants, also unserer Wahrnehmung nach unproblematische Gäste, dennoch ist natürlich der Betrieb zu hören (wie auch manchmal Nachtschwärmer, die in der Via Marina durchaus vorbeikommen können). Ich denke, das wird jedoch in nahezu allen zentralen Straßen Grados der Fall sein. Uns hat nichts gestört und wir fanden die Via Marina sehr nett und reizvoll.
