A well equipped lovely apartment with everything you need, nicely laid out and designed with quality bedding and worked well for my support dog
The only issue was road noise. With temperatures above 30 degrees we needed windows open and soon realised how noisy the road is most of the time

Great location, in particular for Blackweir Fields. All clean and modern rooms.
Parking was extremely limited despite reassurance we could park. If it wasn’t for friendly, life-saving neighbour we would have had no where to park.

Convenient to city centre. Good bedrooms and lounge.
Mould around shower tray. Coffee machine needs cleaning so we didn't use it.
Other uses parked inappropriately on an angle meaning less availablity. Also would have been helpful to advise where turning was to go to the rear of the property.

The proximity to the best of Cardiff: the Castle, Bute Park, the Arcades. Very attractive, comfortable and spacious apartment.
The free parking. For North American foreigners, driving in Wales is a bit stressful. Leaving the car for a few days and travelling by bus, boat and taxi was refreshingly easy. Free of charge was a bonus.
We would have appreciated some information in writing about the house, the neighbourhood and the city. E.g. nearest grocery store, how to take the bus, how to use the stove and other implements. I know that some of this may be on line, but it is easier to get the info for older people and when your phone is out of charge.
We noticed many sources of perfume. We are not allergic to perfume, but some people are and could become quite sick.
