The place is beautiful, kitchen very functional, nice and clean. Everything was great! This was our second stay, would do it again. Once we figured out the proper way of opening the door by the code, all was perfect.
We struggled with opening the door a little bit, didnt know we have to pull first not push.

I did the Pictoplasma Academy Masterclass which was only 2 minutes walk away, and about 7 from the conference venue which was perfect.
Flat was clean, the hob worked fine and we were given some coffee and tea which was nice. Bed was comfy too.
I remember reading reviews about how bad and unsafe the area is and honestly I did not experience anything bad, even walking home at night. There were people out on the street and they just kept to themselves.
Bit noisy as the flat is close to a big park and can hear people talk nextdoor and upstairs - if you come prepared with good noise cancelling earplugs it’s not really a problem though.
There are still building works right behind too but only start at 8am and it wasnt too bad to be honest.
Bathroom was sometimes a bit stinky with sewage smells but if you run the tap water a bit it goes away.

It was in a great location and the appartment was pretty
It was not very clean, there were a lot of dust under the bed and when we checked in it smelled badly like there was no air.

Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet.
Das Abwasserrohr verläuft direkt neben dem Bett. Es ist extrem hellhörig. Das Kissen war mir persönlich zu hart. Das mit dem einchecken klappt nicht ohne Probleme.
