Easy walk from the Berlin Hbf station, however taxis were needed to get to the main attractions. You could use public transport but we found it a bit confusing. Laundry facilities!!! Very happy about this. They gave us an upgrade...we booked for a quadruple room, but they moved us to an 8 bed dorm...just for the 3 of us. Private bathroom, good sized spacious room. Good location to some food/restaurants

The location is excellent, offering easy access to transport and walkable surroundings. Facilities are well-maintained and include a satisfying breakfast, while Wi-Fi connectivity is reliable. The bathroom was clean, though overall cleanliness and staff service could be improved slightly. Overall, the stay offers great value for money.

I was in my room but near by a big group of people were laughing loudly many hours, and they didn't stop even after midnight. It was so disruptive that I couldn't sleep. I informed the staff, but they told me to go to the hotel counter by myself. When I asked for the counter's phone number, they said don’t have telephone number, and then the staff immediately hung up without offering any helpful in resolving the issue. I've never encountered such terrible service in any of my travels. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was the worst I've ever experienced.
