Miniloft Kreuzberg is the second Berlin location of architecture-award-winning Miniloft Mitte Apartment Hotel.
The architects and owners, Britta and Matthew, designed its apartments following the already established Miniloft philosophy: the feeling of a home away from home, with the advantages of a design boutique hotel. Thus, you have your independence as well as professional services and amenities, such wi-fi, towels and bedding, luggage room, office/reception, check-in and check-out systems, complimentary or booked cleaning sessions, parking spaces as well as personalized services.

Our Apartment Hotel features a total of fourteen carefully designed apartments, organized in 4 types which range from studios (open concept rooms), ideal for 1 or 2 guests, to apartments with up to 2 separate bedrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests.
If you are looking for different types of accommodations, you may choose between our "Einfach", "Zweifach", "Dreifach" and "Vielfach" apartment types, according to your preference, or enjoy the default standard non-specific "flexible" competitive rate, where you will be booked into the best apartment available at the time of your arrival.
Some apartment types have special features. The "Dreifach" Miniloft, in this case, has two balconies and great skyline views.
Miniloft Kreuzberg offers you a quiet location to visit or work in the city center. Located in the southern - and quieter - end of Friedrichstraße, it is right in front of Besselpark and just 3 minutes away from Checkpoint Charlie, the Jewish Museum and Berlinische Galerie. The main points of interest in Berlin like the Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag and Kanzleramt, are just a few train stops away, and the vibrant districts of Kreuzberg and Bergmannkiez are right at your doorstep.
On the top floor our hotel has a terrace accessible to all guests, which offers an overview of some architectural history of 20th-century Berlin:the apartment blocks from the 60s and 70s and the post-modern buildings of the Berlin IBA in 1987 including the standout residential tower by John Hejduk, the Rocket-Tower by Sauerbruch/Hutton with the "pillbox" on the east side of the building, the apartment blocks on Leipziger Strasse and the sparkling Axel Springer skyscraper. You can even see the iconic TV Tower (Fernsehturm) of Alexanderplatz. The location of Miniloft Kreuzberg coincides with the epicenter of Berlin modern architecture!
THINGS TO NOTE:
At the moment there is some construction going on around this newly-redeveloped area, although the apartments are well insulated, it may be possible that during the day some audible sound disturbances might occur.

*Yes , this apartment can accommodate upto 6 people but please let us know in advance if you want to have separate sleeping arrangements.For instance , if it is 4 guests , we only prepare the two double beds in each bedrooms for 4 guests. If all 4 people wants to sleep separately , we need to prepare the sofa beds in the living room too .
*We have a sanded concrete floor with a sisal carpet in the dining area.For long term stay with toddlers , it might not be ideal.

Excellent central location yet very quiet. Large spaces and airy with windows that opened and nice light. Well equiped kitchen. Communcations with owners was excellent. Would stay there again.

The apartment is very nice and because of the huge windows very light. We appreciated the architecture and the design of the apartment. Everything is in walking distance- which is phantasic. We can truely recommend it.

This was not a two bedroom apartment. The building has structural noise. Not too clean. Excellent location
