All communication is throgh mobile app which was very comfortable and easy to control. The facielities was amazing - from the loby with places to work and the room which was large and comfy The Whatsapp chatbot was able to answer my questions

The room we were assigned (the correct one, see below) was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The building was easy to access, furnished quite nicely and provided with baggage lockers. The hotel is next to the Kochstrasse subway station, so it's very easy to reach the city center. Furthermore, the adjacent streets are full of restaurants, minimarkets and other services.

Check-in only possible online by submitting photos of your ID (a videocall-based option is available, but the person we did it with wrote down the wrong information and so we had to upload the photos anyway). This is extremely unsafe in terms of privacy. Upon arrival, we found out that our booking had been downgraded without telling us due to a sudden electrical issue. After I called to protest, we were assigned a new room (matching what we paid for) for the remaining days and a discount on the first night was promised; nevertheless, not warning a paying customer about a downgrade is a very serious lack. Horrible shower design, it's basically impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole room. No ventilation and no privacy in the rooms on the nether floors, for they all overlook an internal courtyard. As a matter of fact, the ventilation is quite dismal on the upper floors too, though definitely better than on the lower ones.

Liked the location and the modern vibe

No fresh towels full stay. Didn’t see a single staff member whilst staying for 3 days. No option for late check out was available
