    We stayed here coz we are going for Berlin Marathon. Quite pricey for 2 nights after including city tax payable at the premise. Got kitchen with kettle, microwave, fridge but not well cleaned by other users. Got small fan in the room just in case. Many place to hang stuff but size of the room is smaller for this price. Given only one complimentary drink when we have two person. Wash basin got a bit of problem to drain off. Hot water is good. About 8min walk to Central Station.

    I stayed at a&o Berlin Hauptbahnhof from September 13–15, and I was genuinely happy with my stay! The location is very convenient. From Berlin Hauptbahnhof, it’s around a 10-minute walk to the hotel. But if you have luggage and don’t want to walk, there’s an easier option: head to the bus station at Hauptbahnhof and take the bus to the Poststadion stop. Once you get off, the hotel is just a short walk away. I only discovered this option later, and I wish I had known about it when I first arrived! 😂 The hotel also offers shared rooms that can accommodate several guests, but for me, having a private bathroom was non-negotiable, so I chose a private room. It was just the right size for a solo traveler! Clean, comfortable, and quiet at night. I especially loved how spotless the bathroom was. I also enjoyed the lobby and common areas. There’s a lobby bar and game areas where guests can play billiards, table tennis, and foosball, making it a nice place to relax, meet other travelers, or hang out after a day of sightseeing. Heads-up for future guests: The city tax can only be paid by card, as cash is not accepted. So make sure you have a card ready for the payment. 😊 Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. For an affordable stay in Berlin, especially for solo travelers who want a private bathroom. I felt I got great value for my money. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and affordable. Definitely one of the hotels I stayed at in Germany that I would happily recommend for the value. ❤️🇩🇪

    I was in my room but near by a big group of people were laughing loudly many hours, and they didn't stop even after midnight. It was so disruptive that I couldn't sleep. I informed the staff, but they told me to go to the hotel counter by myself. When I asked for the counter's phone number, they said don’t have telephone number, and then the staff immediately hung up without offering any helpful in resolving the issue. I've never encountered such terrible service in any of my travels. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The service was the worst I've ever experienced.
