    My parents stayed there for some days. It was very practical to take a train and also go to the airport from there. The interior gives you luxury feeling and the room was very nicely designed. Bathroom in the room but also in the hotel were clean. Stuffs were a bit too busy to take good care of the guests.

    The price is quite expensive as I booked last minute. It is directly opposite Berlin hbf and next to IBIS hotel. There is not much variety of hot food for the 19.90 euro breakfast. However, the pastry is quite nice.

    The room was clean and tidy with excellent AC. Checked in during peak hour (3pm) with long queues at the tablets. Location was great.

    Staff is not polite. The facilities like tea, coffee and amenities is total zero. Everyone including house keeping seems to be doing favour. One has to ask for everything and go down to reception to collect the same.
