I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is amazing, and I was able to walk to locations like Brandenburg Tor, TV Tower, and Berlin Cathedral with ease, as well as there being excellent transport links around. There's also a small shop over the road, as well as the hotel itself having a small selection of drinks and snacks available to buy in the lobby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming and were incredibly helpful. The room itself was the perfect size (especially the shower!) and clean, the bed was very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I won't hesitate to book here again on my next trip to Berlin.

Two blocks from the opera house. Good security, breakfast, easy walk to major historical sites. Chain hotel.

Good location but in a quiet part of town. Relatively new and modern hotel, but bathroom didn’t have a fresh smell upon arrival. Staff service left a lot to be desired. It was a chore to arrange housekeeping. You have to scan a QR code every day to book housekeeping for the next day. If you forget, no housekeeping for you. Overall okay place to stay but not worth the money.
