TITANIC Gendarmenmarkt Berlin

Location is great. Fairly modern hotel with spa. Treatments in Spa were a bit limited when we were there due to shortage of staff i think. Rooms were fine, clean and with usual amenities although not huge rooms they were adequate for short stay. Breakfast buffet was very good although coffee could have been better. Good selection of hot food, cheese, ham, omelette station, pastries etc etc Staff on desk and in restaurant were very helpful.

Not much, it was pretty much what we expected.

The hotel is very comfortable with a good restaurant and bar which is open late. The location was good for us being a short walk from the Brandenburg Tor, the river and museums and Freidrichstrasse station. It was the staff who made our stay so memorable. Shout outs to Steffen, Sebastian, Brian and all those in the bar and reception. Hope I’ve spelt the names right.

Exquisite hotel with everything you want and need.

The location was excellent and the staff were friendly

1. Room service wasn’t 24/7 as advertised, it ended at 11pm. They also didn’t answer the phone and we had to go down to reception and complain where they stated they didn’t do room service. 2. Over zealous cleaning staff and workers entering your room to check minibar use/ clean bedrooms despite system being engaged for it not to be cleaned and us disturbed. 3. Hotel bar closed to residents at midnight. 4. Minibar stocked with one bottle of spirits , not much use when two desire the same drink. 5. Breakfast - cold eggs each morning presented for guests. I appreciate this was a temporary arrangement but this shouldn’t happen.
