    5 mins to main train station, very clean, gets everything you need in the room. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is very safe. It’s a pleasant to stay 5 nights there

    Booked a standard double room even though I was travelling solo. Arrived to find a double bed with 1 pillow, single bed size quilt, 1 bathtowel. I contacted the hotel before my arrival asking about luggage storage and any cost. They replied advising there was luggage storage but didn't tell me the cost. Storing my luggage at the hotel for 10 hours after checking out would have cost €14 Euro. Same size luggage storage at the train station, €6 for 24 hours. Hotel contacted me prior to my arrival. They told me the room I booked was facing the train station and would be very noisy and hard to sleep. They offered me a room upgrade for €20 per night which I declined. They also offered me buffet breakfast at €21 per day. My room was as quiet as can be. What made it hard to sleep was only having a single bed quilt on a double bed and only 1 pillow. These issues all seem a bit of a money grab. Buyer beware. I should have read the reviews before booking.

    The hotel is located within 5 minutes walking distance from main train station. Easy to get to anywhere.

    Everything was fine except for the reception staff member named Amina, who met us first and was unprofessional with very poor communication skills. She even refused to give us the public transportation card, blaming us for booking through Agoda, not through the hotel website. Actually, she ruined our day.
