    Can’t believe they don’t have a pantry for travellers, the wifi is SUPER slow and simple customer service like spreading a bed sheet isn’t a given. It’s a good looking hostel but surely not super welcoming in terms of facilities

    There was delayed in the availability of room for check in. Hence, I was offered for free locker to leave my things as I needed to leave right away. Once checked in, allotted under bunk locker was missing. Hence, i was provided an alternative locker in another bunk bed. Staff was very helpful to resolve issues and find ways for alternatives.

    I managed to visit two rooms and the windows in both of them did not close tightly. Maybe this is not significant in the summer, but the temperature outside was below zero.

    Considering the price of the pods I expected decent circulation. Woke up in the middle of the night with practically suffocating stale air. The electric vent is basically the equivalent to a fan on the lowest setting so I had no choice but to leave the door open (defeats the whole purpose of a pod = more privacy). Also they try to nickel and dime you every chance they get - 8 euro just to rent a towel?! You have to rent a locker and buy a lock (not rent) if you need one.
