Close to the city center and a family house with value for money.
Staff not really fluent in English which made it kind of hard to communicate.
Also the hotel name is not mentioned as Ark but Central on the sign itself which is kind of confusing to trace it.

Room, location, clean OK
They put a bad key card which can't enter the room.
Few messages sent, but no response.
Call up first time but no body shows up to help.
Call second time & wait over 1 hr having someone to solve the problem.
I idle around the premise over 3 hrs before getting into the room.
