Initially, I was upset by the attitude of the property concierge who couldn’t find my reservation and seemed quite unwilling to try.
However, the actions of one employee did not affect my stay too much as others were helpful, kind and the room was quite charming in its own subdued way. (No AC though.) The breakfast was nice, too.
There’s also an EDEKA nearby and a metro station.

I spent one day in Sorat hotel, it's in a really nice location closeby to a big supermarket and shopping district. It's also great value for money in Berlin. The staff are also super friendly and helpful

We have been going to Sorat for many years now and there is a reason we always return. The rooms are spacious enough for our needs, the location is great, close to public transport, and also near Fuggerstrabe and Motzstrabe, and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming.
