We have stayed a number of times on visits to Berlin and location is great. On the 100 bus route, and the metro. Just off Kurfürstendamm.
Rooms are a good size, and comfortable.
Really enjoy the spa and wellness centre, lovely space.
Staff are friendly, approachable and helpful.
It is currently under renovation, housekeeping didn’t refill the soap dispenser.
Shower oddly leaks at the step.

Location was great right near HopOnHopOff bus stop and Zoo and also the KuDamm street & restaurants & shopping.
Face cloths please. A little disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant but the bar food was good.

Location in the city centre. Flexible car parking in the hotel.
Low quality hotel food at breakfast. Renovations of the hotel (lobby) during high season.
