    Nothing around the hotel, no mention they only clean on the 3rd day. I asked for the room to be cleaned on 2 days and asked for clean towels, I was told it will be sorted, it was not. Poor customer service.

    Based on the other side of Tiergarten from the Brandenburg Gate, this offers a great walk into the city with amazing transport routes all over. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were perfect for us looking to see the sights. Can’t fault one bit and staff were very helpful with anything we needed

    My work dictates that I am constantly traveling in Europe and so I stay at hotels of all kinds, from budget to luxury, and this hotel is not one I will ever be returning to. In many European cities, including other German cities, it has often been difficult for me to differentiate between the three and four-star rated hotels I have stayed at (occasionally even even a two-star hotel have out performed a fou-star one), but the fall off from four-star rated hotels to three and two-star in Berlin is unmistakable and greater than in any other city I have ever experienced, be that in the area of customer service (virtually non-existent in this case), to the quality/range of food offered (sub-standard here), to the sheer lack of basic room amenities. My advice: shop around, pay a little extra and find yourself accommodation that will enhance your stay in Berlin. This hotel may not have ruined my visit, but it most certainly detracted from it. Don't make the same mistake!
