It was very private. There were doors everywhere so you couldn’t hear anybody else.
The pillows weren’t pillows and the kitchen was smaller than expected

We were at Bleibtreustraße 4.The location was very good, 5min walking away and up by elevator was S-bahn. Apartment situated in private courtyard. It was a big apartment, white and spacious and a comfortable bed and pillows. Nearby many restausants and 100m away Edeka supermarket.
Towels and kitchen towels were provided.
The apartment manager/female who gave us keys, prefer speaking in Russian(it was OK for us) and she arrived quickly.
In bathroom was damaged wall mount of shower.
There were unwashed plates in the kitchen closet(lower plates). Ugly behavior by previous guests!!!
Quick and cheap repairs made in apartment, but was clean/white :D The carpet was tired and some wires were loose. Windows may have curtains, would be more cozy :)

The position of the accommodation was good for central Berlin.
There was no regular cleaning of the common parts, kitchen, and bathroom, considering this apartment is shared by 3 bedrooms. Neither were any cleaning materials provided for this. In the period I was there, there was only one clean of the kitchen and bathroom. The lock on bedroom 3, my room, is faulty. I was locked in my room on 2 occasions, and it took a long time, over 20 mins on both occasions for me to get the lock to undo so I could get out. I reported this, but there was no response from the management. Also, they are supposed to provide toilet paper - however, they only did this when I asked the first time, and after that, I ignored my messages, so I was forced to purchase them myself. The mattress was extremely soft & uncomfortable, and the pillows were more like mini duvets in a cover. I was only provided with a single duvet for a double bed. Though, after a request, they did provide a second single duvet for me. There's no black out options at the windows, so light from the central square shine into the bedroom
