The location was superb. The online check in system was very convinient. Room was comfortable.

First 2 days elevator was broken which made it hard to carry our luggages to 4th flower. However they fixed it in couple ofdays so we know this was a exceptional situation.

The location var super. The room was large with high ceilings so made it feel bigger. Large bed too.

The bed was not very comfortable for a 6 nights stay. The room door was not well isolated so could hear when people walked in the hall, and the door to the stairwell slammed very hard so it was not easy to get good sleep. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. Both the room and bathroom was not very clean and with no housekeeping during the stay it was off putting. Very dusty, hair in the sink and shower. With no manned reception it was very difficult to give feedback to this.
